Continental Divide Electric serves 23,699 consumers living in Bernalillo, Cibola, McKinley, Sandoval and Valencia counties.
The company owns 3,988 miles of distribution line. It has invested $60 million to serve its members.
The board meets on the 2nd Thursday of each month; the annual meeting is Apri 28, 2012l. The cooperative was incorporated on September 14, 1945 and energized in 1946.
