Continental Divide Electric serves almost 23,408 consumers living in Bernalillo, Cibola, McKinley, Sandoval and Valencia counties.
The company owns 3,915 miles of distribution line. It has invested $52.7 million to serve its members.
The board meets on the 2nd Thursday of each month; the annual meeting is held the last Saturday in April. The cooperative was incorporated on September 14, 1945 and began providing electric service in 1946.
