Central Valley Electric serves almost 3,500 consumers living in Chaves, Eddy, Lea and Otero counties.
The company owns 3,702 miles of transmission line. It has invested $61 million to serve its members
The board meets on the 3rd Wednesday of each month; the annual meeting is held within 90 days after January 1. The cooperative was incorporated on June 23, 1937 and began providing electric service in October 1938.
