Jemez Mountains Electric serves 30,875 consumers living in McKinley, Rio Arriba, Sandoval, San Juan and Santa Fe counties.
The company owns 4,023 miles of distribution line. It has invested $89.5 million to serve its members
The board meets on the 4th Friday of each month; the annual meeting is held on a Sunday between July 15 and September 1. The cooperative was incorporated on April 22, 1948 and began providing electric service in 1948.
