Western Farmers Electric serves 456,000 consumers living in Oklahoma. The company owns 3,600 miles of distribution line. The board meets on the 3rd Friday of each month; the annual meeting is April 18, 2012. The cooperative was incorporated in 1941 and was energized in 1953.
